We have a unique prayer ministry here at Living Water and encourage you to utilize it whenever you feel led.  Simply fill out this form completely and your request will be immediately forwarded to our Prayer Ministry Leader.  From there it will be forwarded to our Living Water email prayer chain.  By filling out this request you are giving permission for this information to be disseminated to the entire prayer chain and its members.

If you need prayer and it is of a sensitive nature, there are two options that you can pick from:  1)  email the Prayer Ministry Leader directly and put "Confidential Prayer Request" in the subject line or 2) fill out a prayer request card (located at the bottom of our weekly Sunday bulletin) and put it in one of the Offering Boxes.  These confidential prayer requests are only shared with our Prayer Ministry team, Living Water staff and deacons.  You will be contacted via phone by a member of our Prayer Ministry team.  hese requests DO NOT get shared with the prayer chain.
