Welcome to Living Water’s For Women Only ministry. Our mission is to provide opportunities for women to LOVE, GROW, GET INVOLVED and INVITE OTHERS.
LOVING
The For Women Only ministry provides four quarterly events each year. These events are designed to be Spiritually Pampering Activities, or as we call them, SPA days. Our SPA days are designed with a fourfold purpose.

The first purpose of our SPA days is to provide a time of fun and fellowship with other women in our community. We understand God designed women to be relational. In this fast paced society women do not have time to build strong supportive relationships to help each other face the many challenges of today. Each SPA day incorporates fun “get to know you” activities that allow you to leave each event with a new friend in Christ.

The second purpose to the SPA days is to provide an opportunity for you to fall in love with Jesus Christ. This may happen through praise and worship music, hilarious skits, inspiring testimonies, or an inspirational message from one of our very own talented speakers.

The final purpose of our SPA days is to create an atmosphere where you experience the joy, love, peace and comfort of our Almighty Savior. We believe if you experience who God is then you will want to grow in your love and commitment to Him.

Involve everyone in a mission opportunity by donating selected items that will benefit a charity or family in need.

GROWING
We are very excited at LWBC to provide numerous opportunities for women to grow deeper in their walk with the Lord. We offer specific Bible studies, just for women, during our Wednesday night Real Life Classes. We cover topics that equip women to grow deeper in their relationship in all areas of their day to day lives. We cover topics on marriage, Bible study tools, faith, praying God’s word and a multitude of other topics. We use popular Bible Studies and books from best selling authors and writers such as Beth Moore, Nancy Leigh DeMoss and Catherine Martin.
One very unique way we equip women to grow in their walk is through our very own accountability and spiritual growth program called DIVAS. DIVAS stands for Devoted Individual Via Accountability and Spiritual Growth. This eight-week life coaching program is designed to help women find their purpose in life by looking at aspects of who they are in Christ, their past, their gifts, their passions. The program equips women with the ability to balance their lives by setting boundaries and goals. DIVAS use different challenge activities to build strong transparent relationships that in turn become faithful accountability partners or mentoring relationships. This powerful journey will unlock the mystery of God’s purpose for you and shine a light on the path He intends for you to take.
INVOLVING
We provide many opportunities for you to use your gifts, talents and abilities to serve and honor God. As the For Women Only ministry continues to grow we are in an ever growing need for women to help in many different areas.
Our vision is to develop four separate teams that work together to provide quality SPA days, dynamic Bible studies, successful accountability/ mentoring groups, and focused prayer and mission work within our community. Each of these four areas will consist of a leadership person and a seven member team. This team will be responsible for organizing, planning and carrying out the vision of For Women Only in their designated areas.
We have areas of service that require varying levels of commitment. We believe that your service to Christ should be an area of joy and excitement and not a burden to your already busy schedule. The SPA day team usually meets for two hours, four times a year, on a Sunday right after church for lunch and planning before each scheduled event. Then we have a short thirty minute follow-up meeting two weeks prior to an event for final preparation. We also have areas of service such as prayer partners, greeters, decorating teams, registration workers where you can use your gifts with limited time commitment.
