- PRAYER REQUEST BOXES A table
is set up in the foyer with a beautiful new wooden box that was donated for
prayer requests. Place your request inside the box for confidential
intercessory prayer. If you want to share your request on our email

- POSTERS AND FLYERS In
order to present posters and bulletin type announcements throughout the

- BULLETIN AND POWERPOINT
ANNOUNCEMENTS deadline is Tuesday at noon.
- BUILDING USAGE
including picnic shed and kitchen must come through the church office first
and paper work to be filled out and approved.
- HOME SCHOOL
curriculum material FREE for those who need it. See Jeff Naber if you
are interested.
- PRISON MINISTRY We
need bakers! Cookies and cakes are needed for the prison ministry.
Please sign up on the sheet on the bulletin board in the Welcome Center area
to help.
- HONDURAS MISSION date
change to June 19-26. Now sooner than we expected! We are coming
to the close of our donations and our needs are still great. Please
help us by donating towards our trip and the cost of the flights. The
cost of this mission trip is approximately $1600 per person. Flight
costs around $750 each. For

- ONGOING ITEMS FOR
HONDURAS (for Christmas shoe boxes in Feb. 2009) The collections for the
month of May will be toothpaste, toothbrushes, bars of soap, baby shampoo
and wash clothes. Pick up your information flyer at the Welcome
Center.
- ADOPT A PUPPET - On
Sunday, May 11 you will have the opportunity to "Adopt-a-puppet."
These puppets will be given to a children's leader in Trinidad when the
puppet team arrives in August. They will be used to teach the love of
Jesus Christ to others. THe cost of an adoption is $25 per puppet.
The leader who receives the puppet will receive your name and address so
they will know who sponsored their puppet. All funds raised will go to
send the puppet team to Trinidad. Come by the puppet table to
adopt-a-puppet.
- CONGRATULATIONS to
Cameron and Brandais Lawing on the birth of a baby girl, Caidence Yvonne
Lawing, on April 20, 2008. Proud grandparents are: Freddy and
Teresa Dungy and proud uncle Austin Dungy.
- CONGRATULATIONS to
Quinton and Deb Bradburn on the birth of a baby boy on April 24, 2008.

- NEW MEMBERS CLASS
will be offered on the first Sunday of every month in our Media Center at
6:30 p.m. Sign up sheets will be available on the bulletin board at
the Welcome Center.
- GRADUATES OF 2008 If
you are going to be graduating this year from High School or College we
would love to recognize you and your accomplishment! Please contact
Sabrina Lynch at 698-4664 ext. 202 to make arrangements to participate in a
special program. This program will be Wednesday, May 28 at 7 p.m.
- MISSION TRIP TO TRINIDAD
Our children's ministry has a team going to Trinidad to hold a
conference and train others in the children's ministry. Pick up your
prayer guide for this team at the Welcome Center.
